These terms govern your use of the GummyChums website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.

1. Who we are

GummyChums is a brand operated by Nirmay, a sole proprietorship registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout these terms, "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to copy, scrape, or reproduce its content without our written permission.

3. Products and health information

Our products are nutraceutical food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Please consult a qualified doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, managing a medical condition, or buying for someone under 18. Take only the recommended dose — one gummy per day — and stop use if you experience any adverse reaction.

Individual results vary. Any statements about benefits describe general nutritional support, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. Product information and availability

We try to describe our products and show their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Ingredient lists, nutritional values, and packaging may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time — always read the label on the pack you receive.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, or discontinue any product, at any time.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we've received it — it does not mean we've accepted it. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, where there's a pricing error, or where an address has a history of refused COD deliveries. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — the GummyChums name and logo, product names, text, illustrations, photography, and design — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Any dealings with them are between you and them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
